This grinder is designed to include features that are great for a commercial coffee shop environment.  Large 83mm DLC coated espresso burrs make fast efficient work grinding each dose on demand, touch screen interface for easy adjustment of the grind time or dose selection.   A removable chute (magnetic) for easy cleaning at the end of a busy shift.  The portafilter fits into the adjustable portafilter cradle triggering the dose selected from touch display.  A 3.5 pound capacity bean hopper is the perfect size to prevent you from needing to constantly fill up your bean hopper during a busy shift.  In true fashion of a professional espresso grinder, the ZF83 has the ability of monitoring ambient temperature, humidity, and bean temperature.  The grinder has the ability to turn on a cooling fan to keep the grinder running efficient and cool.
