At Espresso Outlet LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused products in their original packaging. Please note that certain items like espresso machines and grinders may be subject to restocking fees if they have been used or show signs of wear.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our designated warehouse address, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for condition and completeness, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
